About Me

Hi, My real name is Neil and I'm from Scotland. Been playing MMO's since Ultima Online came out and played most of the big MMO's thats came out but stuck with EVE since it launched until about a 2-3 month ago when I decided I needed a break and WoW which I'm starting to get bored with, also played Lineage 2 and FF11 a lot. Been looking at Aion cause it seems interesting and like Lineage 2 which I found difficult to get into when I went to play it cause it had been out for awhile.

What I hope Vaatyrium can offer me

Hoping that its a good group of people thats good to be around and also to have fun with. And also have fun in Aion without feeling forced into stuff and having to level like crazy.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how active would you say you were?

Depending on work a 6 or 7.

Due to me working for a company thats only been running for about 3-4 months now theres a lot of setup work happening due to supplier audits to make sure we can do stuff right :'( This means I can sometimes have to put in a lot of time before audits to help get stuff ready which means I won't be online for the best part of a week, but it should happen too often but I will attempt to inform you if it does.

Finally, how did you find out about Vaatyrium?

Can't remember who it was, maybe Shuyan in the Sanctum advertising the legion on a shop.

My mains going to be a Gladiator but will probably have a few alts to try the other classes.

But yeah OB has been fun but kinda glad there won't be anymore character wipes after going through so many since CB started. :P

I was thinking that; booking a day or two off for release. I doubt I'll be able to, but I'll be active non the less! I think a bunch of us are making a group up for the first 10 levels, since it's faster in a group; you don't have to compete for kills, worry about dying, and we can tackle quests that would normally be a bit hard at that level.

That, and you still get full experience for handing in the quests, just split for individual kills. The way I see it, it should be a lot faster during the manic first hours.

Nah... It is not so hard, even I survived from all quest without dying or group, but when started Krall quests. Then is good be a group.

Me, Lae and Warloss were talking about it. During the last beta there were groups flying through the start of the game much faster than peeps on their own. Simply because the major part of experience comes from the quests, and the quests get done loads faster in a group.
